My energy has been low recently, I have altered my diet to try to help but I am not feeling refreshed by sleeping and I have been feeling emotionally full which has affected my appetite, perhaps because I am currently in transition with my kids having growing up. A joyful thank you Kate Miles for the gift of a splendid health assessment and for sharing her expertise plus working collaboratively with me to decode usual things in unusual and just right for me ways.
I needed help making healthy dietary choices and menu setting to take the stress out of meal planning. I was inspired by Kate who cut through my overwhelm, helped get me organised and gave me an easy framework within which to create a food rota, as she quickly realised I actually already had plenty of recipes under my belt. I then talked to my family to involve them in the process and even felt motivated to view Masterchef for further inspiration.
